I leave in 15 days

In 15 days I leave for my big trip to Europe with my mom so I am starting to cook.  I am hopeful that while I'm gone Terry will eat healthy foods that I have prepared, vacuum sealed and frozen instead of ordering pizza.

So tonight we are having spaghetti so I can save the leftovers for him to eat while I'm gone.

Good intentions

Today I realized I had taken tons of photos of meals I have cooked, eaten or otherwise enjoyed and haven't uploaded any of them... time to get serious.

Since I've been trying a loose a few pounds before my trip to Europe, I stopped baking and it just isn't any fun anymore.  Anyone want cupcakes?  I could bake and give them away - I miss baking.
